Injection moulding

Silicone rubber has a wide operating temperature as well as good UV light resistance, which makes it ideal for application in many different industries. Production moulds are made of steel.

Injection machines are used for producing medium or large series of moulded products from liquid silicone rubber. The size of these products can vary from less than one gram to one and a half kilos moulded articles allow complex forms. Injection moulding can also be used for over moulding products.

Liquid silicone rubber has FDA and BFR approvals, which makes it ideal for use in hygiene and medical products.
